Very Merry White Christmas 2009

It turned out to be an AWESOME white Christmas. Everyone arrived at the house Wednesday except for Ashley and Jordan. Ash had to work Thursday till noon so they had to battle the snow storm getting here. (See Ashley's blog for a video on that trip). I guess I was so busy in the kitchen that I did not realize how bad it was outside or I would have been going crazy knowing that they were on the roads in those conditions. Thank goodness they arrived safely. Everyone wanted to go out and play in the snow I got up in the attic and dug out old ski clothes, the ones the kids said were from the 80's. Now, I am definitely not a pack rat, but did still have all of that in a plastic box for the next ski trip. Ha! I was able to supply everyone with clothes except for Jason. Sorry we did not have anything to fit him so that is why you see him in his boots, sweatshirt and shorts?????????? Everyone had fun and especially Morgan. She stayed out there for hours riding a sled behind the ranger. That was the most beautiful snow that I have ever seen. The horses were so pretty running and playing in it. I think everyone had a good time and we all enjoyed the entertainment that Morgan, Kennedy and Cooper provided. I can only imagine what it is going to be like when we have a few more little ones added to the clan. We definitely had enough food to eat, presents to open, a good warm fire and the joy of all being together. Thanks everyone for the time they shared with us and hope is was a Christmas to remember.

Cooper and his big blue eyes. He loves to make funny faces. Morgan was so cute with her little "Cooper" voice so he would turn his head to the side and do his eyes real big. He learned to say MoMo and PaPaw while he was here.
The girls presenting their gift to their daddy. I wanted to make it special.
Morgan had to participate too of course. Aren't they all so cute.

Morgan in her snow gear, goggles and all. Ashley wore this when she was little. She had my snow boots on.
Kennedy in Lacey's new bed. They all wanted in it. Maybe I should just get them all a dog bed next year to sleep in.
Lacey and her new bed. Hope she likes it as well as the little ones did.

That pic is a neat picture...and YOU took it! Maybe your new camera will take a little bit better pics, I don't know why they are so dark sometime! We'll have a lesson though! Thanks for the wonderful Christmas! You're the best!
