Snow and Valentines Weekend

The week of Valentines we had about 6-8 inches of snow on the ground. The flakes were huge and it was a very pretty snow, but needless to say, I am about ready for winter to be over with. Ashley came to Olney for the weekend and we enjoyed some shopping Saturday and Donald met us that afternoon. He took his two Valentines out for dinner at McBrides and then we went to the Miranda Lambert concert. Wade Bowen opened for her and I enjoyed his songs that he sang. Miranda did a great job and guess what....Blake Shelton showed up and sang a couple of songs. Then, they sang a couple of songs together that were very pretty. Our seats were pretty close to the top so we could not see them close up. Next time I will have to get tickets earlier I guess. It was a fun day and we enjoyed being together.
