EASTER 2010

We went o Abilene Saturday morning for Easter weekend. We started the day off at the Easter extravaganza where Morgan and Kennedy enjoyed a Easter egg hunt, train ride, the big slide and the bounce house. Morgan even picked up a prize duck and won a Easter basket. We went to Perrine's that afternoon for dinner. We sat outside at the picnic tables and it was perfect weather for that. The girls enjoyed playing, exploring and checking out the wagon there. Of course we enjoyed the bread pudding and strawberry shortcake there too. We went home and had Saturday night pedicures for the little girls then they hit the sack. Actually Whit and Jason were suppose to go out on a date, but lo and behold here they showed back at the house with a movie so we all watched that and enjoyed a relaxing evening. Sunday morning we all headed to church and then went to Tamales for lunch. Kennedy got a small cat nap on the way home so that ended her nap for the day. They were ready to hunt Easter eggs again. Think they hunted them about three times and then Morgan wanted to hide them for Jason and her PaPaw to hunt. After that we went after sno cones. It was so pretty outside. Kennedy would not let go of her Easter basket after she found her eggs so she held it in her hand the whole time she was in the swing. It was a great weekend. We got to see Ashley and Jordan for only a few minutes before they left for their weekend trip, but atleast we got to see them. Ha! Man time really goes by fast when you are having fun. I really enjoyed myself.
